Unique School Solutions are a recruitment agency for the education sector.

Recruiting can be challenging and disheartening, for both parties. Unique School Solutions believe they can really break the mould when it comes to recruitment. Offering a truly bespoke service that provides schools and candidates with the results they need.

R9 Studios were approached by Unique School Solutions to design and develop two animated explainer videos which really tell the story of how they are set above the rest in what can be a negative world in recruitment.

The aim was to create an approachable, fun edge to the animations, demonstrating USS is all about real people, and connections. We achieved this by creating characters of the two Directors of USS, Caroline and Rebecca.

R9 Studios developed a script detailing the company’s key messages which are told directly from the characters, and supported by a simple iconography style and colour palette based on their current branding.

One animation targets the candidates audience and the other targets schools. That way we could focus on the specific problems each have, that Unique School Solutions solve.

We carried the style and development across Unique School Solutions’ social media marketing content, helping create a campaign that is consistent in style and message to increase brand awareness.
