Butcher Residential is a family owned, market leading Estate Agent with over 30 years’ experience in the industry, with branches in Barnsley, Penistone and Denby Dale.

We worked with Butcher Residential, and collaborated with Fresh Marketing to understand their sticking points with content creation and promoting Butcher’s services, and products online – specifically across their social media platforms. Having such a short period of time to grab audience attention online, long sections of text explaining why they should choose your service or product just doesn’t have the impact desired. The solution – a unique explainer animation explaining exactly why Butcher’s audiences should choose them to sell their property.

With 3 branches to run across social media, Butcher were looking to connect and project their key messaging across all 3 branches, but still have direct calls to action to their individual branches. The animations were developed to have alternate scenes in the closing seconds to ensure contact details could be personalised and matched to each branch. This directs enquiries to their local experts within the area.

Accompanying the visual communication of the animated explainer is the voiceover, adding an extra layer to communication, and we provided a uniquely produced soundtrack to significantly improve the perception of the Butcher’s brand.
